Position Overview
The Customer Service Attendant/Ticket Writer plays a vital role in our business as they are the first point of contact for all our customers. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who excel in a fast-paced sales focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate computerized POS systems and credit card scanners, and properly maintain cash drawers.
- Maintain a safe working environment and politely direct customers into the express wash tunnel.
- Assist customers with any issues and have in-depth knowledge of wash packages.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- At least six months prior experience working in a customer service retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to details.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Innovative Control System (ICS) POS systems and databases is preferred.
- This job may require flexible hours, including working weekends and holidays when necessary.
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
