Pay: $21–$26/hour, based on experience

Crown ABA is looking for caring, patient, and dependable bilingual team members to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in their homes. Your ability to connect with children and families in both languages can make a meaningful difference.
No ABA experience or RBT certification is required to apply! We provide training and support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 45 days, and we cover the exam cost.

People who can communicate comfortably in both English and Spanish
Daycare or preschool teachers and assistants
College students, including those studying psychology or education
Nannies, camp counselors, and paraprofessionals
Career changers or anyone with a nurturing personality who enjoys working with children

What you’ll do:
Work one-on-one with children in their homes using ABA techniques
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Track progress and help children build skills and reach meaningful milestones
Communicate with families and the clinical team
