Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Rental Agent/Cashier to support our Service Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and takes pride in accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer inbound calls; determine the nature of their needs and direct them appropriately.
- Handle basic inquiries, route calls, take messages, and provide essential information to customers.
- Process service payments, including cash, credit, and electronic transactions.
- Balance daily cash and credit receipts with accuracy.
- Prepare and review rental agreements with customers, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and perform general clerical duties as needed.
- Support the Service Department team with customer flow and communication.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license
