Our Helena, Montana office is currently seeking a General Office Clerk.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The General Office Clerk performs a wide variety of general office tasks and internal and external errands to ensure high-quality and efficient services for day-to-day operations.
KEY DESCRIPTION:
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The set up and maintenance of coffee stations
- Collect and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform regular cleaning and general housekeeping
- Restock office supplies in designated work areas
- Assist administrative staff with various projects
- Check and maintain conference rooms
- Coordinate and order lunches as directed
- May provide support to the receptionists' responsibilities as needed.
CANDIDATE CRITERIA:
- Successful candidates must have good technical and interpersonal communication skills
- Be professional in appearance and attitude
- Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Must have a fully insured, reliable source of transportation
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, and climb.
