Key Responsibilities
- Lead a fence installation crew from project start to finish, maintaining safety and productivity
- Review project plans, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Train and mentor crew members in proper installation techniques and best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and customers
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fence installation or related construction field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Desire to build and inspire a cohesive, high-performing team
