About the Role :
The CrowdStrike IT Productivity and Automations team is looking for a Collaboration Support Intern to join our team.
In this role, you'll be working closely with the Information Technology Operations team to gain hands on experience in deploying, managing and supporting enterprise-wide collaboration solutions, integrations and platforms
What You'll Do :
- Assist in the implementation, management and support of Collaboration systems such as Slack, Google Workspace, Corporate Intranet, Box and more
- Drive small and medium projects from inception to completion with a focus on user experience and solution scalability
- Change Management support, including release notes, internal communications and post-implementation plans
- Create, maintain and distribute Knowledgebase (KB) articles and documentation for internal and end external (end-user facing) use cases
- Participate in post-incident reviews to communicate with senior leadership for root cause analysis and objective next steps
- Collaboration with internal teams such as Governance & Compliance, Information Security, IT Architecture to ensure all System Security, Discoverability and Integrations are within compliance
