We are looking for an experienced ETL Analyst/Developer to support our Data Analytics Team. This role involves developing and maintaining a high-quality data warehouse environment that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple systems to support extracts, dashboards, and reports.
- Validate data quality using SQL and document findings in a repeatable, auditable format.
- Design and execute test scripts to validate data points against transactional systems and the data warehouse.
- Document testing processes, findings, and recurring test metrics.
- Collaborate with DBAs, architects, developers, and business users to ensure efficient and secure data management.
💡 Required Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of ETL development experience, including methodologies and best practices.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SSIS.
- Proficiency in SQL Server scripting, data modeling, and working with Azure SQL Instances.
- Experience working in environments with structured SDLC and change control processes.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing principles and data architecture.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet delivery timelines.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Equivalent experience (5 years in ETL/software development) will be considered.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
