About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to support the execution of multiple fast-moving projects. You will work directly with the founder and help coordinate timelines, tasks, and stakeholders to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment. You will gain hands-on experience managing project execution and collaborating with teams across different functions.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure progress
- Track action items and follow up to keep work moving forward
- Support preparation of project updates, presentations, and reports
- Help organize documentation, meeting notes, and project materials
- Assist with outreach, coordination, and event or meeting logistics when needed
- Identify potential risks or delays and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Support process improvements to help projects run more efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to take initiative and follow up to keep work on track
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or similar tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or similar tools
- Experience helping prepare project plans or tracking tasks in spreadsheets
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or operational coordination
- Experience with proposal writing, grant writing, or structured writing
