Responsibilities
- Saturday/Sunday open availability mandatory.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
- Ensure all food is handled safely, adhering to health regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Support catering events by preparing food items as needed, ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
Skills

- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the restaurant or food industry.
