Responsibilities:
- Show up consistently and ready to work each day
- Load and unload materials (50 lbs.) from trucks and trailers
- Grind concrete floors using walk-behind and handheld equipment
- Prep job sites by taping edges and hanging protective plastic
- Mix epoxy materials using drills and proper ratios
- Apply and spread epoxy coatings with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Cell phone for schedule and timekeeping
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor (standing, twisting, lifting)
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
What the Company Offers:
- Pay: $18–$26/hour (based on experience)
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
