• Show up consistently and ready to work each day
• Load and unload materials (50 lbs.) from trucks and trailers
• Grind concrete floors using walk-behind and handheld equipment
• Prep job sites by taping edges and hanging protective plastic
• Mix epoxy materials using drills and proper ratios
• Apply and spread epoxy coatings with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Cell phone for schedule and timekeeping
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor (standing, twisting, lifting)
• Comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn and follow direction

What the Company Offers:

• Pay: $18–$26/hour (based on experience)
• Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
