- Providing direct nursing and personal care with professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical judgment
- Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes
- Preparing and administering medications as prescribed
- Performing accurate, timely charting in accordance with documentation standards
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
- Leading and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other unit staff
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Communicating effectively with families, physicians, and supervisors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
- Reporting safety concerns or suspected abuse immediately
- Flexible shift lengths: 7.5, 10, 12, or 15 hours
- Positions available: Full-time and Part-time

Requirements
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or approved nursing program
- Eligibility to work in long-term care per NYS HCS guidelines
