Residential Counselor – $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Greenfield, NH (an easy country drive from Concord, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, Amherst, and more)

About the Role
As a Residential Counselor, you’ll help students aged 5–21 build independence, develop life skills, and thrive in a supportive, therapeutic environment. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that integrates education, recreation, and care—both in the classroom and in our beautiful residential setting surrounded by 125 acres of New Hampshire forest on Crotched Mountain.
What You’ll Do:
Support students’ daily routines and personal care needs with empathy and respect.
Implement IEP and ILP goals through structured activities and consistent support.
Encourage positive behaviors using proactive strategies and reinforcement.
Keep accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and training.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing home environment.
Work Schedule:
Choose your shift:
Front-End Week: Sunday 7:00am–10:00pm, Monday–Wednesday 2:00pm–10:00pm
Back-End Week: Wednesday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm, Saturday 7:00am–10:00pm
(Day school shifts also available—ask during your intro call.)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent, plus one of the following:
Associate degree or higher (with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services, Education, Psychology, or related field)
Two years of full-time (3,000 hours) experience working directly with children, or with adults in a residential group home setting.
Parent (and caregiver) of a child age 7 or older
Or a combination of education and experience.
Comfortable supporting individuals with significant needs and behaviors.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
