What You Will Do… Deliver hands-on, highly skilled nursing care to students and staff — responding to real-time needs from illness and injury to ongoing complex medical conditions. Perform clinical tasks like assessments and blood draws. Step in where needed, ensuring no student goes without care. Connect the dots between medical care, education, and residential life. Collaborate with physicians, attend appointments, and help guide treatment plans. Guide and support a nursing team, helping them grow in skill and confidence. Train staff, oversee medication protocols, and be a trusted resource across the program. Ensure documentation is accurate and timely. Create a safe, compliant, and supportive environment where both staff and students can succeed. And most importantly, you will treat every individual with dignity, respect, and compassion — even in the most challenging moments. Who You Are… You will bring both skill and resilience to this role. You understand that meaningful work isn’t always easy — and that’s what makes it meaningful.
