Job Overview

We are proud to announce that we have been licensed by the state to provide assessment and treatment for substance use disorders! We are now are looking for the right LADC to help us establish our program.

We are in a position to build our program from the ground up. The ideal candidate would be interested in taking on a leadership role within the program to help develop it with the highest standards in mind. We plan to offer treatment for FOUR specialized adult populations who are underserved in Northern Minnesota, so a high level of sensitivity and professionalism will be required. Ideally, the consultant would remain part of the team after the program is established, to provide ongoing treatment, consultation, and program oversight.

Crosswind Counseling Center serves a wide range of community members, including those who have experienced significant trauma, relationship difficulties, and who have current or historical criminal justice system involvement. Our clinicians specialize in trauma‑informed care, gender‑affirming therapy, and support for anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Adding substance use treatment is critical to further supporting these populations and needs. We look forward to growing our services with you, to support our community!
