What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Counseling Provider position at CrossWay Inc?
CrossWay Inc is a Christian organization located in Billings, Montana. We are currently seeking a licensed mental health practitioner to join our private practice. Our counselors combine traditional counseling and psychotherapy services with a sensitivity to each person’s faith and spiritual walk, welcoming and respecting those from all faiths as well as those who have no religious affiliation.
We do so with impassioned, responsive, professional services through authentic unconditional acceptance of those in need, in accordance with evidence based practice models to promote emotional, relational and healing potential to individuals, couples and families who desire to enact change in their lives.

Educational requirement is a Masters of Science/Arts in counseling, social work, or related field. Requires licensure as an LCPC, LMFT or LCSW (or other billable license) in the state of Montana. Would consider an LAC as well.
Demonstrates at minimum 2 years fully licensed experience providing counseling and or crisis intervention services.

Our practitioners provide in-office treatment and support to individuals/families/couples on their assigned case load. They are required to keep a thorough and up-to-date client record that meets all state mandated requirements for documentation. They work collaboratively with outside agencies and referral sources & provide advocacy work with schools, court, and other agencies as needed. Coordinate and cooperate with fellow counselors and staff. Support Supervisor/staff in completion of agency tasks when needed. Engage in on-going training/consultation/supervision in order to improve skills and knowledge. Follow all AAMFT/ACA (or related field) code of ethics. Act in accordance with the expectations of a professional counselor.

Pay: $62,020.00 - $81,489.00 per year
