We are looking for a motivated Insurance Producer with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to grow, develop strong production skills, and build a book of business within a fast-paced agency.
This is a commission-only role with strong upside for driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through provided leads outbound prospecting
- Sell Personal and Commercial Lines insurance products
- Build relationships and close new clients
- Manage pipeline using EZLynx CRM and Google Sheets
- Collaborate with senior producers and leadership
- Continuously improve sales performance and product knowledge
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)
- 2–3 years of insurance and sales experience
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls and prospecting
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)
