What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on care and nightly support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, repositioning, toileting)
- Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Maintain a safe, calm, and clean environment
- Work collaboratively with licensed nurses and fellow team members
- Document care accurately and timely
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA certification in the state of employment (required)
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to work independently and stay organized overnight
