Speech-Language Pathologist (Per Diem)
Crossview Care Center in Pineview, GA
Crossview Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our interdisciplinary care team. We are currently hiring for per diem positions. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech therapy services to residents, focusing on improving communication, cognitive-linguistic function, and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with the resident's care plan
- Document all evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, techniques, and strategies for carryover
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of practice
Qualifications
Licensure & Certification
- Current, active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of GA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
