Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning

We’re seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand recurring commercial cleaning accounts and help drive new business in the northeast and northwest suburbs of Chicagoland.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow recurring commercial cleaning accounts
- Prospect and present customized cleaning solutions to local businesses
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs and surveys to create tailored proposals
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and own your results

- 2 years of outside sales experience (janitorial, facilities, or service industry preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality — driven, confident, and competitive
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
