- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests and colleagues
- Knowledge of ingredients, and menu offerings
- Ability to bus tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
