What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Superintendent / PM position at CrossTown Design Build?
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent/PM to help supervise a construction project near Spokane, WA. We are a lean, nimble group seeking a PM/Superintendent with 5 years of experience available immediately to manage our project. Knowledge of the interior construction process is mandatory to coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, project planning, update schedules, and a high level of communication with the PM and Owner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Must take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Must be tenacious and unrelenting.
- Must be willing to fill in at any level where there's an immediate need.
- Must have a higher standard for quality control than the most particular client.
- Must be an over-communicator.
- Must be a leader.
- Must be able to solve problems creatively.
- Must love a fast pace and relish the hustle.
- Must love construction!
PREFERENCES:
- Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive/365.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
