What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - Integrated Care position at crossroadshealth?

Position Requirements:
- Associates degree in nursing required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Licensed in the State of Ohio with an RN
- 1 year experience required. 3-5 years preferred in primary and psychiatric care preferred
- Working with patients who have mental health conditions.
