We’re hiring a Management Crossroads. A busy and efficient location. This isn’t a shiny new store—it’s a small, high-output unit that runs on rhythm, experience, and hustle. You’ll be stepping into a team that knows how to move and needs someone who can match the pace.
The Job:
- 25 to 35 hours/week, flexible but must include nights and weekends
- Work 3–4 days/week in a fast-paced, high-intensity kitchen
- Support daily operations, shift flow, team coordination, and customer experience
- Keep things tight—accuracy, speed, and standards matter here
- What We’re Looking For:
Someone with prior restaurant or team leadership experience
Reliable, sharp, and comfortable stepping into structured expectations
Can handle heat, pressure, and motion without losing their head
A doer, not a talker—someone who brings the energy every shift
