Mental Health and Disabilities Coordinator

Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health & Disabilities Coordinator in Cleveland County. The Mental Health/Disabilities Coordinator designs, coordinates and implements the mental health and disabilities program service areas for the Head Start program, in accordance with the Early Childhood Development and Health Services sections of the Head Start Performance Standards.

Education Experience License and Knowledge

Education/Experience:

• Master’s Degree in social work or related field (preferred);
• Minimum three (3) years successful experience in counseling services.

License:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain acceptable liability insurance

Knowledge:

• Case management experience required;
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with Head Start Standards;
• Knowledge of community resources;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required;
• Must be knowledgeable in computers and other basic office equipment;
• Knowledge of community resources, methods and practices of health and safety precautions, providing age-appropriate education services and facilitating family involvement in program services.

Salary : $46,865 - $52,133
