We are currently seeking two dynamic individuals to serve as the Lead Healthcare Technicians for the Circle Program (first and second shift). This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring patient activities and day-to-day operations of the assigned program during the assigned shift. Efficiently multitask and delegate work to others.
Please note that all applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as a comprehensive background check and a TB test.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assign tasks to employees on shift.
Assist and provide support to conduct groups, using motivational interviewing skills.
Assures that all documentation is complete and follows established deadlines.
Assists in maintaining the unit in an organized, clean, and efficient manner.
Transports patients to and from appointments, support groups, employment searches, and other medical-related activities.
Maintains the security of assigned units in accordance with CTP policies and procedures.
Monitors patients and their activities. Accurately documents the activities of each patient during the assigned shift.
Responsible for reporting all patient infractions, concerns, or problems to the primary behavioral health clinician or supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
An Addiction Technician Certification (CAT) is required.
Experience:
Prefer prior experience working with mentally ill and substance misuse patients.
Other:
Solid communication skills and excellent computer skills are required.
CPR and first-aid certification (initial training and renewals paid for by the agency).
Must be able to take vital signs and recognize medical problems.
Valid driver's license and insurability.
