Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, with clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. • Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment

• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards

• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

• 12-16 hours max weekly

• 2 days weekly

• Master's Degree and licensed as a Physician in the state of practice

• DEA licensure

• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice

• W-2 employment with competitive pay starting at $200./hour

• Malpractice insurance paid by Crossroads.
