What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery Operator position at Crossroads Towing and Salvage?
WE'RE HIRING A RECOVERY OPERATOR
Last night, while most people were asleep, Our owner was standing on the bank of a body of water planning how to safely recover a submerged vehicle.
There isn't a GPS that tells you how to do that.
No app.
No button to push.
It takes judgment, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stay calm when the situation is anything but.
When the recovery was complete, the officers on scene complimented the professionalism and skill involved. That's something we're proud of.
This is why we don't just hire "tow truck drivers."
We're looking for someone who wants to become a Recovery Operator.
If you're the type of person who enjoys solving problems, working with equipment, and learning a skilled trade that most people will never understand, we'd like to talk to you.

40-hour work week
On-call every other night
