Responsibilities
- Contribute to a growing tax practice, including best practices, developing growth strategies and employee development
- Oversee the full scope of the tax return processing, reporting and filing for our health care clients
- Work as part of a team helping to provide health care specific industry knowledge and experience
- Review federal and state return filings for LLCs, C-Corps and S-Corps. Collaborate with our other reviewers and preparers to ensure timely & high-quality work.
- Ensure timely compliance work
- Monitor and ensure tax tasks are assigned and prioritized to meet client deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- 5 years of relevant experience, dental and medical industries a plus
- Experience servicing multiple client engagements
- Commitment to honesty, trustworthiness and high ethical standards
- Ability to interpret and apply statutory and regulatory guidelines and requirements
- Prior experience with UltraTax preferred
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Comfortable working in a technology-forward environment
- Able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
