Position Overview
Serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, staff, and stakeholders, delivering professional front office and administrative support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, coordinating activities, and supporting leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Scope of Work Oversight
- Front office operations and administrative support
- Customer interaction and communication coordination
- Scheduling, onboarding support, and personnel tracking
- General administrative and leadership support functions
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
- Answer phones and coordinate communications
- Support onboarding and administrative processes
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks
- Track personnel and training information
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 3 years of professional office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Primarily on-site, with presence required to meet mission and operational needs
- Telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis depending on business requirements
