Job Overview
Crossroads Surgery Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. *No nights/weekends/holidays or on-call requirements* The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent IV start skills and Pre-op/PACU experience.
Primary position: Preop/PACU (will cross-train in the procedure room and operating room)
Additional tasks: Chart audits, Pharmacy, QAPI, Infection Control, Environment of Care.
Single specialty. Interventional pain procedures.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS/ACLS.
- Experience in pre-op/pacu.
- Knowledge of standards related to patient care and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent IV start skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
