Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Director will provide clinical oversight, program development, and staff support for our recovery residence and outpatient services. This role can be structured to fit: Part-time Contracted hours Hybrid / remote with occasional on-site support if requested (open )
Duties
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance for behavioral health programming
- Support development of policies, procedures, and compliance (DHCS, licensing, etc.)
- Supervise or consult with counselors, case managers, and peer staff
- Ensure quality of care and ethical standards
- Assist in building MAT/MOUD integration and behavioral health services
- Support culturally responsive and trauma-informed care models
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed in California (required):
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Minimum 3–5 years leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment
- Experience with:
- Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
- Co-occurring disorders
- Medi-Cal / DHCS systems
- Strong understanding of:
- Trauma-informed care
- Harm reduction principles
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
