What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Crossroads Medical Group?
Setting is an infusion office. Responsibilities include- phone calls, collect copays, relay information to billing company and interpret insurance benefits. Filing, scheduling using Microsoft Office, preparing day sheet using Microsoft Word. Ability to communicate with many kinds of people. must be organized and have attention to detail. This is an independent job- you will be the only receptionist for the area, and will need to assist the infusion specialist by preparing supplies and other tasks she may assign you. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 until approx 2:30. Tuesday is late hours until approx 5PM.
