Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in injection molding is a plus.
- Proven experience as an injection mold operator, preferably with 500-1500 T machines.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
