Volunteer Coordinator Core Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in health, social work or related field required
- Must have a high school diploma required
- Possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
- Ability to set and achieve monthly recruitment goals with the Executive Director to plan, implement and document ongoing volunteer recruitment, retention, and program development efficiently
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director
- Shift: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
