Registered Nurse Case Manager Qualifications:
- Six (6) months minimum prior skilled nursing experience
- An active, unencumbered state Registered Nurse license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- No Mandatory on-call required
- Be part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged
