Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- 1 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in an acute care environment
- Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active, unencumbered state NP license
- Home Health, Palliative Care, or Hospice Experience preferred
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- Detailed assessment skills in this role require recertification for Hospice patients
- Interest in a community-based role that requires travel between patient visits
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number required
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) Required
- Hours Available Between Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM to support a current NP
- Be part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged
