In this role, the nurse leader serves as both a mentor and a guide—supporting the growth of new clinicians and deepening the skills of experienced team members through hands-on education and encouragement. They also play a key role in managing pharmacy-related practices, fostering strong relationships with pharmacy partners, and ensuring collaborative, informed decision-making across the care team. This position is ideal for someone who leads with both clinical insight and a heart for teaching.
Registered Nurse Education Supervisor Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute, critical or home/hospice environment that is exposed to end of life care.
- 1 years of experience as a supervisor and/or educator
- Active, unencumbered state RN license
- Associates, Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Nursing accepted
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- MUST possess accurate and clear oral & written communication skills
- Strong understanding and ability to communicate hospice & palliative philosophy
- Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals as it relates to end of life care.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
