We’re looking for a proven Sales Manager ready to step into a high-volume, high-opportunity environment with one of the Southeast’s most respected auto groups. If you can lead from the front, close deals, and drive gross and volume at a high level, this is built for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the sales floor with urgency, accountability, and results
- Close deals, desk customers, and maximize gross profit per unit
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Train and hold staff accountable to performance standards and manufacturer requirements
- Drive volume, CSI, and profitability across all sales operations
- Execute daily desking, deal structure, and pipeline management
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in high-volume automotive sales management
- Strong closer with hands-on, “deal-first” leadership style
- Ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
- Experience with CRM/desking tools (Reynolds ERA Ignite preferred)
- Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Excellent communication and leadership presence
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening
