Dental Assistant – Crossroads Family Dentistry
Crossroads Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming environment and are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take digital X-rays and dental impressions (if certified)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and organized
- Help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications:
- Dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- X-ray certification preferred (if required by state)
