Responsibilities
- Assist dentist during procedures by preparing the necessary instruments and materials.
- Ensure a sterile environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Maintain guest records accurately while complying with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft for scheduling and patient management.
- Educate guests on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices.
- Support front office team members with receptionist duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures.
- Familiarity with dental software (Eaglesoft) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
