Do you have a passion for leading people and supporting others to succeed? Crossroads Counseling & Training Services is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
This is a leadership role where you’ll balance hands-on care, staff coaching, and program coordination—all while making a real difference in the lives of the people we serve.

Your Role Includes:
- Supervising and mentoring DSPs to ensure quality support
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and day-to-day operations
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and program requirements
