What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Psychologist or Associate position at Crossroads Counseling Center, Inc.?
Crossroads Counseling Center has an immediate need for a full-time clinical psychologist or clinical psychologist associate. We are an established practice with an increased need to provide psychological evaluations primarily for children and adolescents. The position allows flexibility in work hours and benefits for full-time employment. Also, the psychologist will be supported by administrative staff with scheduling, check-in/check-out, authorizations, billing, credentialing, etc. Crossroads provides evaluation kits and resources to administer a variety of assessments.
Candidates should have a minimum of a master's degree in psychology and licensed (or applying for license) in the State of North Carolina. To fulfill the position, psychologists must demonstrate competency in psychological evaluations, report writing, diagnosing, treatment planning, and treatment of mental disorders as delineated in the DSM-5. Also, candidate must have the ability to work independently, yet as a clinical team member.
