Crossroads is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary school team in Marlborough, MA!. This is a 3 day a week position, set weekly schedule to be determined upon hiring.

What You'll Do
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized OT goals aligned with students' IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, therapists, families, and other professionals.
- Integrate occupational therapy best practices and ABA-based strategies into student programming.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment records.
- Support students with activities of daily living and functional independence.
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Current or temporary Massachusetts OT license and NBCOT certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or related disabilities preferred.
- Familiarity with ABA-based teaching strategies preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to complete and maintain required CALM safety training and meet the physical requirements of the position.
