This is an on-site, full-time role located in Marlborough, MA, for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician. The ABA Technician will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, supporting skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, and daily living activities. Additional responsibilities include collecting and documenting data on client progress, assisting in behavior interventions, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to ensure client success and support. The role may also include working directly with families and contributing to the generalization of skills across various settings.
- Proficiency in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions and following treatment plans
- Strong observational, data collection, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, families, and supervisors
- Patience, empathy, and an ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and their families
- Ability to follow directions, adapt to different environments, and maintain professional conduct at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or within an ABA environment is preferred
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe is advantageous
