Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites.

Our desire is to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues are worshiping and working together. We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Initiative Leader role includes project management, execution, and planning. This person will help to develop strategy for and execute marketing plans and projects as set forth by the Marketing and Design Producer focusing on core ministry and projects related to fulfilling the Crossroads’ 10x Push.

Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Coordinate tasks among all team members assigned work on an initiative or project to ensure proper workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Build relationships with client team members.
- Perform a variety of marketing tasks such as copywriting, content publishing and email marketing as needed.
- Work to create a comprehensive marketing plan for assigned marketing initiatives including understanding digital marketing/advertising.Collaborate with the Insights team and Marketing Analysts to evaluate campaigns and create reports that are actionable.

Bachelor-level degree or equivalent college experience preferred

- Efficient with a computer and experience within Asana is preferred

- Proficient with computer tools, such as Google, Asana, Slack, etc.
Ability to write within the Crossroads tone and voice.
Physical Requirements
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Scheduling/Travel Requirements
- In Oakley Office working is preferred.
- Travel outside of Cincinnati is rare but possible.
- Expected to work outside of “normal” schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, Day of Solitude, offsites, etc.
