Now Hiring: Part-Time Worship Leader
Crossroads Church – Pewaukee, WI
Do you love Jesus and have a passion for leading others in worship through music? Crossroads Church in Pewaukee is looking for a part-time Worship Leader to join our church family and help create meaningful worship experiences each week.
What the role looks like:
- About 7 hours per week
- 4 hours for planning and rehearsal
- 3 hours on Sunday mornings leading worship
- Choosing songs and leading worship that connects with people and points them to Christ
- Working alongside our pastor and volunteer team
- Encouraging and guiding our musicians and singers
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone with a genuine love for Jesus and His church
- A strong singer who can lead with guitar, piano, or another primary instrument
- Comfortable leading both a team and a congregation in worship
- Organized, encouraging, and able to work with volunteers
- Previous worship leading experience is a plus, but a willing heart and strong gifting are most important
