Job Summary
The Realtime Content Producer helps bring creative ideas to life by shaping immersive visual content that drives the weekend experience at Crossroads. Working under the guidance of the Wonderwall Executive Producer and in close partnership with the Experience Team and outside studios, this role is central to producing high-quality video and interactive content for a large LED volume, as well as AR/XR projects. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in film production and 3D workflows, with proven experience collaborating across creative and technical teams to deliver compelling visual stories. This is a highly collaborative yet hands-on production role, suited for someone who is passionate about innovation and eager to explore the rapidly evolving world of realtime technology. Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of all aspects of realtime video production, including scheduling meetings, budgeting, managing deadlines, and coordinating client feedback to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Disguise Programer, Creative teams, and Content department to understand production needs for each project
- Produce and/or direct projects as needed
- Broad experience in production and post-production processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead the logistical execution of a creative concept from pre-production through post-production, in collaboration with the content integration

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and high-impact events at Crossroads
- Travel required as needed
