What You’ll Do:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts selection and sales
- Pull and prepare parts orders
- Answer customer and technician inquiries by phone and in person
- Provide pricing, availability, and product information
- Support service technicians with parts for repairs
- Follow all company policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3 years of automotive parts experience required
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR review
