Our busy chiropractic office is seeking an energetic, dependable, professional and positive individual with outstanding communication skills for each of our locations. Must be friendly, able to work in a fast pace environment and be able to multitask. Must be able to work independently but function as part of a team. Monday – Friday hours, 37- 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist with patient intake
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with positioning as needed
- Provide assistance to chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments
- Educate patients on chiropractic treatments, exercises, and home care instructions
- Daily cleaning and maintaining an organized clinic environment is a key requirement.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing patient records and scheduling appointments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- A genuine passion for helping others and promoting wellness
